Currently, we are looking for therapists/counselors who work with adults and children, are ready to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and are committed to clinical excellence in patient care.
Our practice is looking for additional therapists who have devoted their time and energy not only to working toward and earning a master’s degree in the helping profession but also to demonstrating genuine care for people and a passion for working with clients.

Heritage of Hope Counseling welcomes self-driven clinicians who have a strong desire to develop an area of expertise in the field, including but not limited to working with children, adolescents, trauma, couples work, anxiety, depression, and life transition challenges.

How We Invest in You
Compensation: All therapists/counselors are W-2 employees, not independent contractors of Heritage of Hope Counseling. Compensation reflects employer-paid taxes, fees, and other business costs. We offer competitive hourly compensation. The provisions of the benefit plan are subject to change. We also pay you for team meetings and presentations made on behalf of the organization.
Continuing Education/Training: We offer yearly reimbursement for continuing education and training opportunities that interest you or support a specific specialty/niche you are developing.

We use a hybrid model, offering flexibility for in-person and remote hours.
Our approach emphasizes a strong collaboration approach, which includes monthly team meetings for connection and support.

About You

A well-matched candidate will have the following attributes:
Hold a License as a Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor and an active, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania;
Be available to schedule at least between 15 and 25 sessions weekly, provided such sessions are available and referred or scheduled by Heritage of Hope Counseling Services. Be organized and detail-oriented, and Be able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, two years of experience post-unrestricted licensure preferred but not necessary, and at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, OCD, chronic illness, faith-based work, etc.).
Salary: Competitive hourly rate depending on licensure status and experience
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
