Hi! Welcome to Heritage of Hope Counseling, you’re in the right place to find support you not only need but deserve. I’m ready to listen to your story and join you on your therapeutic journey.
Experience and Education
Throughout my life I have always been a nurturer, or a person that others felt comfortable to lean on. I knew I was meant to work within the helping profession from an early age! I completed my bachelors degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology graduating from Kutztown University in 2015. I spent several years in the mental health field doing direct client care across several clinical environments. In 2020, During the start of COVID, I earned my Masters Degree in Social Justice Counseling from Delaware Valley University. My graduate program was a transformative experience that strengthened my commitment to collaborative, client-centered care in an inclusive environment.
I have 8+ years of experience working with children, teens, young adults and families across various clinical Mental Health settings, primarily Outpatient and EAP, which has been the highlight of my Career prior to joining the amazing Team at Heritage of Hope.
My Approach to Therapy
Healing is a personal journey that is unique to everyone. I value meeting each client and their loved ones where they are by providing a person-centered approach tailored to your specific needs. I strive to offer a therapeutic environment that is a safe, supportive, and relatable space to process all of life’s challenges, stressors, heartaches, and successes.
Whether you are navigating grief and loss, major life transitions, need support for your kiddo, or are seeking new ways to manage difficult emotions or experiences – I am ready to stand by your side to help you find clarity, resilience, and empowerment in your life’s circumstances.
Why I do this work
My passion for helping others stems significantly from navigating my own personal life experiences of highs and lows – which allows me to approach therapy with deep empathy and understanding for whatever your struggle may be or what you’ve been through. While on my own healing journey, I’ve learned the power of resilience and the importance of having the right support system to help us move forward and overcome life’s challenges.

When I’m not working…
I grew up in a small town in the Pocono Mountains, and love to visit frequently to spend time
with my beloved family and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. I am often adventuring outdoors
with my dog Lola, checking out new parks or scenery when the weather is warm. I always look
forward to going out for a good meal (I’m a foodie) or having a relaxing night in with my favorite
ice cream and tv show.
One of my biggest passions and inspiration for specializing in grief stems from the deep
connection and profound loss of my soul dog, Leo, who will forever be a guiding light in the work
I do to help others heal.
